Replacing concrete sidewalks around the majority of one city block, including wheelchair ramps, driveway drops, and curbs. W ork under this contract will be funded in part with grant funds from the Oregon Community Development Block Grant Program (Grant No. C94021). The total project budget (for construction) is approximately $52,600. The project is being administered by Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council with engineering services provided by David Evans and Associates, Inc. The contract time will be limited to 45 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $300.00 per day should the Contrac tor fail to complete the work within the time allowed. The City of Prineville will issue the Notice to Proceed (starting the construction time period) when requested by the Contractor but not later than May 1, 1995.
